My tips and advice:

There’s an old school charm to the venue at dinner with it’s warm lighting and city lights in the background. Much more beautiful compared to lunch.
There are many photos spot to take couple shots in the hotel. Spare 1hr before the guests arrival is recommended.
The ballroom can be converted to a dance floor when the dinner ends.
